I went to see Jason for shoulder pain and limited mobility. Within the hour the pain was significantly reduced and had 80’% of my range of motion back. Jason is the BEST! The CHEK System that he uses is sheer genius and Jason's passion for the system is infectious. Always before when I've tried to start lifting weights I ended up by injuring myself and had to stop. But Jason assessed me to find my weak spots, then had me do several months of core and stability work to make sure I was lifting weights from a strong center. I'm now lifting weights and loving it, feeling great with no injuries! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
